Global Solution Engineer in the GBD Program
Global Solution Engineer will fulfill the role of a developer as a member of the Global Business Development Program. When applying, please attach a portfolio and resume that effectively showcase your expertise in your research field.
Responsibilites
- Collects and analyzes feedback from global users to gain deep insights into their communication styles, product usage environments, and challenges. Utilizes this information to design and provide comprehensive, step-by-step guidance on device setup, operation, and maintenance, ensuring that the instructions are clear, user-friendly, and tailored to the cultural and linguistic context of diverse user groups.
- Educates customers on the advanced features of KOROT devices, such as early detection of cardiovascular conditions or insights into arterial stiffness, elevates their understanding and trust in the product.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including development and production departments, to implement effective solutions to resolve quality issues.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver's license required
- Proficiency in foreign languages at an intermediate-high level or above (capable of conducting professional conversations and drafting documents related to work)
- Understanding of the operating principles and functional roles of the mechanical and electronic components in the product.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams and provide effective support in addressing customer needs.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred Major : Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
