STEP 1 Application screening

We carefully review each submitted application, assessing whether the applicant could be a synergistic member of KOROT if they join our team.

STEP 2         Role-specific interview with job mentors

An interview will be conducted with job mentors to assess the skills, experience, and competencies required for the role. Also, job mentors confirm the alignment between KOROT's working style and the applicant's expectations.

📣 Depending on the nature of the role, additional assignments or a KBAT test (numerical/job-related) may be requested

STEP 3         CEO Interview

The CEO will share the company's vision and assess the applicant's overall suitability for the role.

STEP 4         3-Month Internship

The internship lasts for three months, during which the first month will be dedicated to intern training. The remaining two months will involve completing a small project assigned to the intern. The project topics vary depending on the role and may include tasks such as achieving targets in field sales or resolving minor issues in the mechanical or electronic departments.

STEP 5         Final Selection

Interns will transition to full-time positions, and based on their three-month internship performance, they will be assigned to the most suitable roles and placed within the appropriate teams.
